2 Guys and a Van is a family-owned Chicago moving company looking for reliable movers to join our local moving crews.

No experience needed — we train motivated people.

This is active, physical work with steady hours, daily movement, and a great team environment.

What We Offer:
• $20/hr starting pay
• Daily cash tips
• $300 hiring bonus ($150 after 90 days, $150 after 120 days)
• Flexible schedule
• Local work only — home every night
• Opportunity to become Driver / Crew Leader ($23-$25/hr)
• Friendly team environment
