What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Mover Helper, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Mover Helper, you need physical strength, stamina, and basic knowledge of safe lifting techniques, with a high school diploma often preferred. Familiarity with hand trucks, dollies, moving straps, and inventory checklists is typically required on the job. What jobs pay 700 a day?

What are mover helpers?
