Position: Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

Schedule: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Duration: 12 Months
Pay: $20.00 - $22.83/hour (W2)
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including material handling, inventory management, receiving, shipping, and warehouse process activities. This position works under general supervision and plays an important role in maintaining accurate inventory flow and supporting operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform material movement activities within the warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
- Process receiving, stock transfers, material requests, and put-away activities.
- Perform inventory transactions accurately within warehouse systems.
- Pick and prepare materials, including KTE cart preparation as required.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Research inventory discrepancies and support root cause analysis efforts.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and stretch wrappers, after completing required training and certifications.
- Follow established procedures for handling materials in controlled environments, including ESD-controlled areas when applicable.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse processes, workflow, and efficiency.
- Identify process gaps and communicate opportunities for improvement to leadership.
- Assist with training and supporting team members as needed.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
- Participate in required training related to warehouse operations, safety, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
- Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate material handling equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and standard operating processes.
