Caring Transitions Cincinnati East is a nationally trusted, locally-owned company specializing in downsizing, relocation, estate liquidation, and donation & cleanouts. We help older adults and families through life's transitions with empathy, professionalism, and care.
We're looking for a motivated Move Manager (primary function) and Estate Sale Team Member (secondary function) to join our close-knit and wonderfully supportive team culture. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, thrives on organization, and takes pride in helping primarily seniors navigate through life's transitions.
What You'll Do
As a Move Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth transitions for our clients from start to finish. Responsibilities include:
  • Managing client relationships from consultation through project completion
  • Leading and supporting teams during client moves
  • Sorting, organizing, packing, and unpacking household items
  • Supervising and coaching team members; fostering a positive team culture
  • Trouble-shooting issues and devising appropriate and sometimes creative solutions as they occur
  • Collaborating with leadership and reporting progress daily
  • Ensuring all work meets Caring Transitions' high standards of care and professionalism
  • Managing donation and cleanout teams
  • Coordinating partner services
As an Auction Team Member, you'll participate with online auction prep and auction pickups. Responsibilities include:
  • Sort & organize through the contents of the client home
  • Actively participate with online auction preparation, photography, and item listings
