Physical Therapist - Pompano Beach Outpatient Therapy Position
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Position: Physical Therapist
Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office
Office Assignment: One office location only
Pay: $50-$55 per hour
Schedule: Flexible schedule available
We are recruiting a Physical Therapist in Pompano Beach, FL for a single-location outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is built around helping patients recover from physical setbacks and improve how they move in daily life.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, design care plans, and provide treatment for orthopedic injuries, post-operative recovery, mobility issues, pain-related limitations, and strength deficits. This is a steady clinic-based position with flexible scheduling and full benefits.
Schedule Options:
  • 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient evaluations and functional assessments
  • Develop treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic conditions
  • Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance training, and functional rehab
  • Monitor patient response and update care plans when appropriate
  • Educate patients on recovery goals, home exercises, and movement habits
  • Supervise PTA involvement in patient care when applicable
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time

Requirements
  • Florida Physical Therapist License required
  • DPT Degree or MSPT Degree required
  • Outpatient experience preferred
