Delivery Coordinator - The Route Master Behind the Magic!
Do you love solving puzzles, talking with people, and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine? Join the Homemakers team as a Delivery Coordinator, where you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero making sure customers get their furniture delivered smoothly and on time.
In this role, you'll be part traffic controller, part customer advocate, and part problem-solving superstar. You'll build delivery routes, connect with customers to confirm details, coordinate delivery schedules, collect payments when needed, and ensure everything lines up across our systems. Every day brings a new challenge-and a new opportunity to create an exceptional customer experience.
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: One weekend day plus four weekdays
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Creating efficient delivery routes for our drivers
  • Calling customers to confirm delivery windows and details
  • Keeping customer information accurate and up to date
  • Reconciling orders across multiple systems
  • Collecting balances due and processing payments
  • Helping ensure every delivery experience is smooth and stress-free
