Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Organize and manage move logistics
o Populate move templates based upon internal R&D meeting
o Organize the decontamination schedule for the equipment before moving to new location
o Create a schedule with NorCal to move equipment
o Multiple deep clean requests with C&W
* Labeling Equipment for the move
o Layout the placement labels in the labs to match the equipment label for NorCal
o Label remaining equipment to reconcile R&D"s inventory to align with internal lab management procedure.
o Decommission old equipment and complete asset disposal form for Fixed Asset Team.
* Cross reference the decommissioned equipment against fixed asset report
* Schedule decontamination of old equipment prior to disposal
* Delete equipment records from Maximo, Meridian, and LSQM
* Update all Maximo records for all R&D assets once move is done
* Add Address to vendors that R&D do business with
* Schedule Equipment vendor relocation services
o Vendor deinstall
o NorCal Physical Move
o Vendor reinstall and testing
* Serve as move coordinator, partnering with R&D Lab operations manager and project leads to ensure that schedule of activities is executed per plan in days leading up to move, during move, and after move.
* Handle purchase orders and other procurement tasks as needed related to the move.
