Job description

Position: Property Management Coordinator
Location: Seattle
Pay: $24.00 - $50.00 DOE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of residential or commercial properties
  • Respond to tenant or resident inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Coordinate scheduling and follow-up for maintenance, inspections, and repairs
  • Process lease applications, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
  • Maintain accurate tenant records, rent rolls, and property files
  • Collect rent, process payments, and assist with delinquency follow-up
  • Support property marketing efforts including listing updates and showing coordination
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in property management, leasing, or real estate administration preferred
  • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium) a plus
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple properties or tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Washington State landlord-tenant laws a plus
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Valid driver's license may be required depending on the role
