The Contracts Coordinator will support administrative and operational responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle, including contract preparation, document routing, project setup, insurance documentation, vendor records, compliance tracking, and electronic file management. This position serves as a coordination point between project teams, internal departments, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, insurance partners, and external agencies.


We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to support contract workflows, project documentation, and compliance activities across our Team of Companies. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys keeping information accurate, timelines moving, and teams connected through strong administrative coordination.


Skills & Qualifications include:

  • Associate's degree in business administration preferred; and two years related experience/training; or equivalent combination or education and experience
  • Experience in administrative support, project coordination, contract administration, construction administration, compliance tracking, insurance compliance, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Professional judgment to identify missing documentation, process gaps, compliance concerns, or follow-up needs and escalate appropriately.
