Join our talented Sales team as our new Move-in Coordinator today!
A few details about the role:
  • Meet with new residents to coordinate move-in as assigned by director of sales.
  • Manage the occupancy process from receipt of deposit to move in, continuously promoting the community to that individual.
  • Help facilitate in making the move to their new residence as smooth as possible.
  • Prepare closing packets and coordinates all aspects pertaining to scheduling move-ins and developing move-in guide.
  • Facilitate the selections process, based upon current Lifespace standard selections and operating procedures.
  • Communicate with future residents regarding notices for projected move in dates.
  • Work with director of plant operations and director of environmental services to ensure completion of apartments as assigned by the director of sales. Keep all appropriate parties apprised of move-in dates and possible adjustments.
  • Communicate with the sales team and new resident to assure apartments are ready for move-in.

  • Associates or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, education, or psychology preferred
  • Two years' experience in sales or similar role
