Position Summary

This is leadership on the ground – where execution matters.


As a Site Supervisor at Eagle Builders, you’re responsible for keeping projects moving – coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, and ensuring every detail meets our standards. This role is for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and leads with confidence onsite.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coordinate daily site operations across multiple projects
  • Build and maintain project schedules to keep work on track
  • Manage sub-trades, suppliers, and deliveries
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to spec
  • Communicate regularly with Project Managers and provide updates
  • Identify and resolve issues before they impact progress
  • Maintain high standards for quality and workmanship
  • Keep documentation accurate and submitted on time
  • Read and interpret drawings and communicate changes to crews
  • Lead meetings with owners, trades, and internal teams
  • Be available to support the site – including travel and after-hours coordination when required

Requirements

  • Successful interview candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment assessment
  • Valid Class 5 license and acceptable driver’s abstract
  • Available to work away from home Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays
  • Minimum 44-50 hours per week, with overtime as required
  • Travel throughout Western Canada is a regular part of this position
  • Physically able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong understanding of the construction process from layout to finish
  • Valid safety certifications (LSE, First Aid, Fall Protection, AWP)
  • Proficient with computers and ability to learn new software
  • Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
  • Proven commitment to safety and quality standards


Assets

  • Experience in precast concrete construction
  • Hands-on background across different construction scopes
  • Experience with Procore or similar project management tools
  • Experience building schedules using MS Project or similar software
