Join Manual Edge Physiotherapy, founded in 2009 with locations in Colorado Springs and Monument, where exceptional patient care meets clinical autonomy. Built around a true one-on-one care model, Manual Edge gives clinicians the time and space to deliver the quality of care their patients deserve. Our clinicians treat in private rooms with 50โ€“55 minute visits, averaging approximately 9 patients per day, allowing you to focus on meaningful patient outcomes - not volume.

We are seeking an experienced Pelvic Health Physical Therapist who is passionate about specialty care and wants to be part of a collaborative, close-knit team. At Manual Edge, youโ€™ll have the autonomy to practice at the top of your license while being supported through continued learning opportunities, on-site manual therapy education, and a culture focused on professional growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
  • Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patientโ€™s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
  • Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
  • Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
  • Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
  • Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
  • Previous Pelvic Health Physical Therapy experience required.
About:

Compensation: : $85K-90K + $10K Sign On Bonus + average less than 9 patients per day, and 1:1 treatment model! Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match. 4 day work week option available!
