Position Summary

The Moulding Processor | Moulder Operator is responsible for processing moulding materials and operating woodworking equipment used in the production of custom mouldings and architectural millwork products. This role supports production efficiency and product quality by ensuring moulding profiles are processed accurately according to specifications and company standards.

Working closely with Production Leadership and other production departments, the Moulder Operator helps maintain workflow consistency, machine performance, and quality throughout the manufacturing process.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and experienced in woodworking or manufacturing environments. Candidates with moulding, millwork, machine operation, or custom wood production experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

·         Process moulding materials accurately according to production specifications and schedules

·         Operate woodworking machinery, moulders, and related production equipment safely and efficiently

·         Assist with machine setup, tooling changes, adjustments, and material handling

·         Inspect moulding products throughout production to ensure quality and profile consistency

·         Read and interpret work orders, specifications, and production requirements

·         Monitor workflow efficiency and identify production or quality concerns proactively

·         Maintain organized work areas and proper material handling procedures
