As a full-time Motorola Retail Territory Representative, you’ll run your territory like your own business - growing Motorola’s presence through networking, training, and relationship building.  If you enjoy connecting with people, working with cutting-edge tech, and getting out into your city (not stuck in one store), this role gives you the flexibility to own your schedule, strategy, and success.

  • Own your territory and grow Motorola’s market share
    • Visit 7–8 retail locations per day within your market
    • Spend 50–75% of your time in the field, visiting stores, training, and building relationships
  • Train and influence retail sales associates to recommend Motorola products
  • Deliver engaging in-store training, demos, and events
  • Participate in occasional events, meetings, and outreach
  • Build strong partnerships and become the go-to Motorola contact in your market
  • Gather insights from the field to support strategy and innovation
  • Maintain brand presence through merchandising and execution standards
  • Balance your week with drive time, admin, and ongoing training (~25%)
  • Occasional travel opportunities for meetings, trainings, or events

Experience and Education:

  • 1+ years in retail, marketing, sales, or training/communications
  • Wireless or tech industry experience preferred

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—you can read the room and adapt
  • Naturally outgoing; comfortable networking and building relationships
  • Self-starter who can manage a flexible schedule independently
  • Organized and able to balance field work, admin, and follow-ups
  • Passion for technology, marketing, or sales
  • Ability to influence through training, storytelling, and real-world examples
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

  • Frequent use of hands for device demonstrations and computer work
  • Occasional overnight or air travel for meetings or events
