What You'll Do 
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer motorcycles 
  • Perform inspections on and service incoming motorcycles for sale

  • Complete repair documentation thoroughly and accurately 
  • Prepare damage and crash estimates 
  • Help maintain a safe and organized shop 
Qualifications 
Required 
  • Motorcycle repair experience 
  • Personal technician tools 
  • Valid motorcycle endorsement 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Professional attitude and work ethic 
  • Passion for motorcycles 
Preferred 
  • MMI, UTI, WyoTech, or similar technical training 
  • OEM certifications 
  • Multi-brand motorcycle experience 
  • Strong electrical and diagnostic skills
