Motorcycle Sales & Customer Experience

  • Guide customers through test rides and purchase decisions
  • Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals

Financing & Protection Products

  • Present clear, easy-to-understand financing and extended warranty options
  • Assist customers in selecting financing solutions that meet their needs
  • Ensure all sales and finance documentation is completed accurately and professionally
  • Follow dealership policies and all applicable compliance requirements

Daily Operations

  • Maintain product knowledge of current inventory, models, and promotions
