Motorcycle Sales Associate

Lakeland Harley is seeking a motivated Motorcycle Sales Associate to join our team. As a Motorcycle Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect motorcycle that suits their needs and desires.

This Position REQUIRES a current Motorcycle Endorsement on Driver's License

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing motorcycles
  • Provide detailed information about different models and features
  • Organize test rides for interested customers
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements
  • Maintain showroom appearance and cleanliness
Requirements:
  • Must be able to operate a motorcycle and possess a motorcycle endorsement on driver's license
  • Prior sales experience preferred
  • Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of different models
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
