Title: Supplier Quality Lead / Sourcing Engineer
Location: Wyoming, MN

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Lead to manage strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier relationships, and cost optimization for Indian Motorcycle. This role supports commodity strategy, supplier performance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality, delivery, and production goals are met. Experience with PPAP and APQP is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term commodity sourcing strategies.
  • Manage suppliers for quality, delivery, cost, and performance targets.
  • Lead RFQ process, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract awards.
  • Drive cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support supplier quality issue resolution and part shortage recovery.
  • Manage purchase orders, tooling orders, price discrepancies, and tariff adjustments.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Handle casting/forging parts, wheels, and related sourcing activities.
  • Review engineering drawings, pull prints from Windchill, and manage GoAnywhere client.
  • Maintain data and reporting through spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of sourcing/procurement experience.
  • Must have hands-on experience with PPAP and APQP.
  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and technical data.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
