About The Role:

We are seeking a multi-faceted Graphic & Digital Designer to join our fast-paced creative team. This role is designed for an exceptional visual storyteller who can pivot seamlessly between the tactile world of premium packaging and the high-speed world of digital E-commerce. You will be responsible for maintaining the visual integrity of the Integra brands across all touchpoints, ensuring our products look as beautiful on a shelf as they do in a customer's social feed.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Packaging Excellence: Design of primary and secondary packaging. You will take products from concept to print-ready files, ensuring luxury finishes and brand consistency.
  • Amazon Visual Strategy: Designing high-converting Amazon A+ Content and product imagery that stands out in a crowded marketplace.
  • Digital Content Creation: Design high-performing assets for marketing (organic social (Instagram/TikTok), and paid media (Meta/Google Ads).
  • E-Commerce Support: Utilize Figma to build web-ready assets, landing pages, and digital experiences that optimize the customer journey.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (Gemini, Claude, etc.) to streamline workflows, generate conceptual mood boards, and ideate on creative assets rapidly.
  • Brand Cohesion: Utilize Canva to build out team templates that allow for quick-turn social content while maintaining premium brand standards.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional design experience, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Deep understanding of file types, typography, materials, and the printing process.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proven track record of creating Amazon A+ content that drives conversion and reduces bounce rates.
  • Experience using Canva for collaborative design and Google Suite for project organization.
  • Active experience using AI tools to enhance creativity and productivity.
