The Graphic Designer is a creative and detail-oriented professional. He/She is responsible for designing visually compelling print and digital marketing materials, including advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, and event promotions. Additionally, the Graphic Designer will play a key role in developing seminar content manuals and other educational materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality design standards. He/She is highly proficient in design software, has strong layout and typography skills, and can collaborate effectively across departments to bring creative concepts to life.
Job Responsibilities
Print and Digital Marketing Design
  • Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, and signage for events and campaigns
  • Develop digital assets for social media, websites, email marketing, and online advertising
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and maintain design templates
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
  • Leverage and integrate AI tools in the design process to enhance efficiency, generate concepts, and automate repetitive tasks
  • Develop clear and concise prompts to generate outputs, engineer design possibilities

Seminar Content and Manual Creation
  • Design and format seminar content manuals, workbooks, and training materials for both print and digital distribution
  • Ensure layouts are visually appealing, easy to read, and align with branding guidelines
  • Work closely with content creators, instructional designers, and event planners to optimize seminar materials for clarity and engagement

Collaboration and Project Management
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, events, and content teams to support various design needs
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and production teams for print and promotional materials
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, marketing, and branding

Job Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing, branding, or educational content design (e.g., manuals, workbooks)
  • Strong skills in motion graphics and animation (especially in After Effects and Premiere Pro) are a big plus
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
  • Must have experience with layout design, typography, and print production; Figma experience is ideal
  • Experience integrating AI tools into the creative workflow to improve efficiency, concept development, and visual experimentation
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical design skills, and relevant graphic design experience
  • Must have knowledge of digital design best practices for web and social media
  • Must be familiar with PowerPoint, Canva, Gamma or other presentation design tools
  • Must possess a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Must have excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Must be a proactive, creative problem solver with a passion for design and branding
  • Must have familiarity with UX/UI principles for digital content
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous experience in the events, training, or corporate education industry is a plus
