As our Graphic Designer, you'll shape and execute the visual expression of our brand across product, marketing, and corporate communications. You'll manage projects from concept through final production, combining strong illustration skills, digital design expertise, and compelling brand storytelling.
You'll create a wide range of visual assets, including technical illustrations, product documentation, installation guides, digital campaigns, website content, social media graphics, marketing collateral, and internal and external communications. You'll translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals while ensuring a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is a digitally fluent designer with exceptional illustration skills, a strong eye for typography and visual communication, and the ability to move seamlessly between technical and creative design. You bring ideas to life through thoughtful, impactful visual experiences that connect with our audiences.

You will:
  • Work with the creative director to concept and produce design across digital, print, and environmental touchpoints
  • Create technical illustrations for product documentation, spec sheets, and installation guides — accurate, clear, and on-brand
  • Develop brand illustrations, icons, and visual systems for creative campaigns and marketing materials
  • Design and produce digital assets: social graphics, digital ads, web content, and motion
  • Support video storytelling through storyboarding and motion design
  • Collaborate with the content, digital, and production teams to keep creative output consistent and on schedule
  • Art direct photo and video shoots
  • Liaise with photographers, videographers, and vendors to get quotes and hit deadlines
  • Help execute and maintain brand standards across all assets

You have:
  • 4–6 years of graphic design experience in an agency or in-house setting
  • A strong illustration portfolio — both technical and creative work
  • Digitally-native design mindset; you think digital first
  • Proficiency in motion, UI/UX, web, and digital ad production
  • Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills
  • Experience with Figma, Canva and other digital design platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Tight attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects
  • BA, BFA, or BS in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
