Job Summary:

This role is responsible to support our marketing and communications initiatives through the creation of visual content for digital and print platforms working closely with experienced designers and marketing professionals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, newsletters, and digital advertisements.
  • Design graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Support brand consistency by adhering to company design standards and guidelines.
  • Edit and resize images, graphics, and other visual content for various formats and channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and creative teams on ongoing campaigns and special projects.
  • Assist with the development of creative concepts and design solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution.
  • Organize and maintain digital design assets and project files.
  • Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
