Position Overview:

The Motion Control Systems division of the Automation & Motion Control segment is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for hourly production roles at the Radford, Virginia site. This role partners with operations and HR leaders to build reliable talent pipelines, fill critical openings, and support workforce stability.

The ideal candidate will bring strong high-volume recruiting capability, sound judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset. This individual will deliver an efficient and consistent hiring process, provide a strong candidate experience, and develop recruiting practices that scale with changing production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly production roles, including requisition management, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and hiring-process follow-through
  • Partner with supervisors, operations leaders, and HR to translate workforce plans, turnover trends, production demand, and anticipated staffing changes into clear hiring priorities
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, employee referrals, local partnerships, hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach
  • Develop sourcing strategies that improve applicant flow, candidate quality, and responsiveness to changing business needs
  • Coordinate offer preparation, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding handoffs in partnership with HR, hiring leaders, and other process owners
  • Track and communicate recruiting metrics, including time to fill, applicant and candidate flow, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and 90-day new-hire retention
  • Identify hiring-process bottlenecks, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Level II: Typically, 3+ years of recruiting or related HR experience, including experience supporting high-volume hiring
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience recruiting for hourly manufacturing, skilled trades, or other high-volume operational roles
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-partnership skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, Microsoft Office applications, and recruiting data or reporting tools

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related field is nice to have.
  • Level III: Typically, 5 or more years of recruiting experience, including demonstrated ownership of high-volume recruiting, pipeline strategy, stakeholder partnership, and process improvement
  • Experience developing local talent partnerships, coordinating hiring events, or improving recruiting processes
  • Experience using recruiting data to identify risks and influence workforce decisions

Work Type: Onsite - This role follows an Onsite Work Schedule and requires working from the designated Regal Rexnord office on a full-time basis.

This role may be filled at different levels depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and business needs.

Expected Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
