Overview
We are seeking a creative Digital Motion Graphics Animator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics and animations for digital platforms that support digital marketing, product, customer experience and user interfaces, as well as visual storytelling efforts. This is a full-time, remote consulting role. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. We do not offer Corp to Corp arrangements.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling and innovative motion graphics and animations tailored for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, marketing teams, and product managers to translate concepts into dynamic visual content.
  • Create storyboards, prototypes, and 3 D animation and motion graphics via planning, designing and collaborating on digital content ideas and solutions.
  • Ensure consistency and approvals with brand guidelines and overall product vision.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance animations.
  • Optimize animations for performance and user experience across various devices and platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and digital animation.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for digital content.

Requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital motion graphics animation or related digital graphic design roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard animation and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite- Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Figma digital design tool for visual creation of websites and digital products.
  • Strong and practical knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
  • Experience collaborating effectively across many cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and iterative design processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly to both leadership and client teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.

Compensation
Sand Cherry Associates is required by Colorado law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a consulting engagement with an expected annual salary of $80,000-$110,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
