Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, articulate, and product-focused RV Sales Trainer to champion the Fleetwood RV brand. This role blends hands-on product education, dealer relationship management, and marketing support into a dynamic career track. You will serve as the premier brand expert, educating dealer sales networks and retail consumers on the design, engineering, and value of Fleetwood RVs.

This position is a fast-track leadership role. It is explicitly designed to build an experienced bench of talent. Successful performers are expected to transition into an Account Manager role after one to two years.

Responsibilities:

  • Able to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom or dealer dynamics.
  • Maintain the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the organization.
  • Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
  • Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs.
  • Partner with individual departments to outline deliverables, expectations, and risks, to include specific training needs for staff.
  • Participate in all Organizational Development department meetings and goals.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 - 3 years' of customer service experience. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Relationship management skills required.
  • Must be able to travel up to 30-40%. 
  • High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style.
  • Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS office and web-based systems; visual aids technology.
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail/level of quality, communication (written and verbal), and guest service skills.

Physical Demands: 

  • Standing: Particularly for sustained periods of time.
  • Walking: Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.
  • The worker is subject to both environmental conditions: Activities occur inside and outside.
