Job description


As a Demand Planner II here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in developing and executing demand planning strategies to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal demand management. Your responsibilities include collaborating with a team of demand planners, providing guidance in all aspects of demand planning activities, and connecting with cross-functional teams to analyze data, market trends, and customer insights.
In this role, you will be managing demand and asset planning in a manufacturing environment for Honeywell's Business Unit. You determine and ensure that a high-quality demand forecast is developed for use in supply planning and financial forecasting. As the demand planner, you will own, adjust, and optimize the promotional lift as well as the instruments that continue lift generation.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop planning strategies, build rolling 18 months demand plan at SKU level
  • Review demand forecasts
  • Build project demand plans
  • Project Team work
  • Analyze accuracy
  • Document material need
  • Facilitate regional and global demand planning SIOP meeting
  • Recommend improvements
  • Ability to take the lead and establish new processes
  • Provide Ad hoc requests
  • Ability to meet specified deadlines

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 plus years of experience in demand planning
