What You'll Be Doing

As an HVAC Apprentice / General Laborer, you'll work side-by-side with experienced HVAC Installers and gain real-world experience on active job sites across Maui.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with installation of HVAC systems (mini-splits, split systems, package units)

  • Loading and unloading materials and equipment safely

  • Prepping job sites and protecting customer property

  • Working on rooftops, ladders, and exposed environments

  • Operating hand tools and power tools

  • Supporting duct installation and equipment placement

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Learning proper installation processes and safety standards

This role is physically demanding - but highly rewarding. You'll finish each day knowing you built something real.
