Job description

Job Summary:
Deloitte is a leading professional services firm that empowers organizations to build deeper relationships with customers through innovative strategies and transformative technologies. The Pricing Technology Program Manager will manage client engagements, oversee pricing transformation programs, and mentor staff while contributing to business development and strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day to day interactions with senior clients and sponsors.
• Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies.
• Responsibilities include, among others, leadership of end-to-end pricing transformation programs with cross functional teams, roadmap development, vendor selection, identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, process flow mapping), user story development, prototyping, testing, data migration, preparation for cutover, cutover, training, and defining support procedures.
• Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and help drive pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal scope and pricing strategies.
• Perform the role of a resource coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in pricing technology implementations
• Minimum of six (6) years delivering enterprise solutions using PROS/Conga or Pricefx
• Strong background in program management and large-scale transformation delivery
• Experience working with Fortune 500 clients and executive stakeholders
• Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
• Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional team leadership
• Experience with integrated programs that include SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other enterprise technology solutions
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
• Master's/advanced degree in the area of specialization
• Desire to learn additional in-demand Pricing platforms.
• Experience carrying a business development quota for consulting work, ramping up pursuit teams and leading business development pursuits end-to-end.
• PROS/Conga or Pricefx Certified
• Financial modeling experience
• Proficient in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle
