What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage quality and process improvement initiatives to support operational customs clearance service objectives
- Close collaboration with Operational teams in different regions and with departments like Engineering,Compliance and Network
- Ensure alignment with strategic quality objectives and operational standards
- Lead or support cross-regional and cross-functional projects
What do you bring with you:

- Bachelor degree and very good English
- Demonstrated proactivity and capability to influence change
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Strong ability to plan and organize with attention to detail
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience and knowledge across various operational fields, ideally includes customs clearance

- Demonstrated capacity to work in fast-paced environment while adjusting priorities accordingly
