Proficiency with loan servicing platforms, document management systems, and familiarity with relevant regulations such as FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac guidelines is essential. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills help you effectively assist borrowers and collaborate with internal teams. These skills are crucial for minimizing losses, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing solutions that benefit both lenders and borrowers.
