Job description

iLink Business Management is seeking a BILINGUAL RECRUITER to acquire qualified employees within a spectrum of manufacturing, production and logistics, companies for our location in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

We need a team of highly specialized and talented professionals who can keep pace with current growth and create new opportunities for potential candidates.

Our Recruiters must have extensive experience with successful hiring and must have a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual read and write (English and Spanish) required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least 1-2 years of recruiting experience in staffing

RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Scheduling, Screening, Recruiting, and Interviewing potential candidates
  • On-board and train new employees
  • Implement company culture, values, and policies
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
  • Accurately maintain employee files
  • Contacting and communicating with customers via email/phone
  • Complete new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet expectation of the job
  • Inbound and Outbound Calls
  • Review and analyze resumes
  • Attending and scheduling job fairs
  • Conduct Drug Screens
  • Conduct check-ins for new arrivals
  • Assist receptionist when it is needed
  • Conduct Background Checks
  • Meeting the needs and questions of current and future employees

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

· Required to have at least recent recruiting or other related fields.

· Knowledge of labor and employment laws

· Ability to build rapport with all employees

· Strong organizational skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

Working overtime and some weekends (must have a flexible schedule) and have own vehicle.
