Job description

The Cook and Bartender are separate positions that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional food and drink experiences within a small team environment. Balancing responsibilities between kitchen and bar, this position requires proficiency in food preparation, drink mixing, and customer service. Working under the guidance of both the Kitchen Manager and Bar Manager, this role supports smooth daily operations with a focus on quality and efficiency during shifts on Tuesdays and Saturdays mainly and as needed, including days and evenings .

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Mix and serve drinks following established guidelines
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Take and process customer orders accurately
  • Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions securely
  • Stock supplies and restock as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Required Qualifications

  • Certification in Serve Safe and VATIPS

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage service
