The Administrator at a Moose Lodge plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations, managing resources, and ensuring the community's goals and mission are met. This position requires book keeping, organizational skills, and a commitment to community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the lodge, including coordination of events, maintenance of facilities, and adherence to regulations, to work hand in hand with the Social Quarters Manager.
  • Financial Management: Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and financial audits. Ensure proper record-keeping and managing billing and invoicing processes.
  • Member Relations: Foster a welcoming environment for members and guests. Address any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Event Participation: Join fundraising, lodge games, and events.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to the Moose Lodge Bylaws and local regulations. Prepare reports for lodge meetings and maintain accurate records.
  • Community Engagement: Promote lodge activities and member participation. Build relationships with local organizations and community members.
