- Become an expert on Big Sky Resort, the Montage property, Spanish Peaks, and the surrounding area to support guest questions
- Book private lessons and sell lift tickets tailored to guest needs, capturing all necessary information accurately
- Offer knowledgeable, clear explanations about all Mountain Sports School products-especially private instruction
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area while staying proactive in downtime
- Deliver exceptional guest service during every interaction-even during busy rushes
- Cultivate a welcoming, enthusiastic presence that makes guests feel confident and informed about their mountain adventure
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality required; outdoor activity sales a plus
- Must have a personal vehicle or carpool access-location is not on a bus route
- Clear, professional communication skills (spoken and written)
- Confident using computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- Capable of multitasking and staying focused in high-energy environments
- Outgoing, approachable personality that connects easily with guests
- Experience with RTP | One Resort software is a plus
