A Day in the Life:
The Senior Software Engineer is a fully productive contributor who independently designs, develops, and maintains scalable Salesforce solutions across Consumer Goods Cloud, and platform integrations. This role requires deep expertise in TMP, REX, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools, combined with strong judgment in translating complex business requirements into reliable, well-governed Salesforce implementations.
The Impact You'll Make:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Process Builder automations to meet business requirements.
  • Own Salesforce features end-to-end from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, well-governed Salesforce configurations and custom code aligned with platform best practices.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security to protect data integrity.
  • Execute unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing by authoring test classes with sufficient code coverage and validating solution behavior.
  • Manage sandbox environments, change sets, and CI/CD deployments using tools such as Gearset or SFDX CLI to support reliable, documented release cycles.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and reduce technical debt across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex production issues in Salesforce, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive corrections.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to refine requirements and contribute to improving Salesforce platform standards and processes.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development including Apex, Lightning, TPM/REX
  • Computer Skills Desired: Salesforce Developer Console, VS Code with Salesforce Extensions, SFDX CLI, Azure Dev Ops, Github or similar deployment tools, Workbench, Postman, Clickup
  • Preferred Certifications: Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional, Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional TPM, System Architect, Application Architect
  • 5+ years of experience in related role

$102,000-$140,000 USD
