Job description

Position: Provider Partnerships Senior Analyst

Monogram Health’s Senior Analyst, Provider Partnerships serves as a critical contributor to the growth, optimization, and ongoing management of Monogram’s provider network in alignment with the organization’s provider partnership strategy. This role plays a key part in improving quality of care and service delivery by leveraging data-driven insights, standardizing provider engagement approaches, and supporting the execution of partnership initiatives across multiple markets.

This role works cross-functionally with teams including clinical, operations, strategy, and client partnerships to drive provider engagement, strengthen relationships, and enable successful program implementation. This position directly supports the scalability and performance of Monogram’s network by translating strategy into execution and fostering collaboration across stakeholders. The role is located in our Brentwood, TN office.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex datasets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support and drive provider partnership strategies that enhance provider engagement, incentivize high-quality outcomes, and increase provider advocacy through formal and informal partnerships
  • Develop, standardize, and maintain core tools and resources used across the Provider Partnerships team (e.g., presentations, reporting templates, outreach materials)
  • Own and execute provider partnership initiatives and internal projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Design, build, and maintain reporting on provider engagement, performance metrics, and key KPIs
  • Develop high-quality internal and external deliverables for monthly operating reviews, client updates, and provider performance meetings using tools such as Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and AI
  • Apply project management discipline to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Conduct research and leverage internal and external resources to build a deep understanding of market-specific provider group relationships, affiliations, and dynamics
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to track, maintain, and monitor contract requirements across provider groups to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
  • Lead and support provider outreach programs to enhance program awareness, strengthen provider relationships, and improve clinical communication using an account management mindset
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including client partnerships, strategy, clinical, operations, member outreach, and medical economics to align priorities and drive execution
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in value-based care, healthcare operations, payer/provider strategy, or healthcare-focused management consulting
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and drive projects from concept through execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, data manipulation, modeling) and PowerPoint (executive-level storytelling)
  • Experience creating performance reporting, dashboards, and/or KPI tracking to support operational or strategic decision-making
  • Communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to both internal stakeholders and external provider partners
  • Work independently with minimal direction, demonstrating initiative, problem-solving, and ownership
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing deadlines effectively
  • Salesforce, Tableau/PowerBI, AI tool experience preferred
  • Exposure to provider networks, physician groups, or ACOs preferred
