Job description

Position: Supply Chain Manager

Monogram Health seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and transform our supply chain organization during rapid growth as a value-based, in-home care for patients with complex chronic conditions. This strategy-to-execution role bridges procurement, inventory management, vendor relationships, logistics, and fulfillment operations readiness. The ideal candidate combines enterprise process discipline with startup agility, delivering 10-15% year-over-year (YoY) cost savings through spend analysis while building and mentoring a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy (procurement through fulfillment), establishing KPIs like inventory turns >8x, service levels >98%, and 10-15% annual cost reductions
  • Build, coach, and develop a supply chain team; foster continuous improvement of culture using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Align supply chain with Monogram's value-based care model and growth trajectory, presenting executive dashboards on cost savings and performance
  • Negotiate strategic supplier agreements; conduct spend analysis for $1M+ savings opportunities
  • Manage full contract lifecycle: draft, redline, negotiate T&Cs with Legal, Finance, and stakeholders; track vendor SLAs via scorecards
  • Resolve escalations and maintain relationships ensuring compliance and risk mitigation; Cross-functional influence across Clinical, Finance, Legal, IT
  • Leverage and implement change management methodologies in a scaling organization
  • Oversee category management, forecasting, and inventory control using ERP/WMS systems
  • Implement just-in-time logistics, warehouse optimization, and fulfillment processes scalable for national patient delivery
  • Drive process reengineering projects from scope definition through stakeholder execution and measurable results
  • Conduct spend analysis across direct/indirect categories to deliver double-digit YoY savings without quality compromise
  • Deploy data analytics for trends, obsolescence reduction, and perfect order performance tracking
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives identifying waste elimination via Lean/Six Sigma
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance across supply chains, support audits, and regulatory alignment
  • Deliver monthly metrics reporting to executive leadership demonstrating strategic impact
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or similar; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive supply chain/procurement/operations leadership in healthcare or medical device/equipment firms, including a minimum of three (3) years managing direct reports
  • Proven 10-15% YoY cost savings via spend analysis, strategic sourcing, and vendor negotiations
  • Enterprise ERP/WMS implementation or oversight; forecasting experience
  • Contract expertise: redlining, Terms & Conditions (T&Cs), complex stakeholder negotiations
  • Warehouse/inventory/fulfillment leadership; logistics network optimization
  • Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt knowledge preferred
  • CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, or APICS equivalent preferred
  • HIPAA/healthcare supply chain knowledge
