We cook on a 6’ diameter grill with 3’ stainless steel swords. Not many restaurants can say that.

Basic Functions
  • Providing timely and attentive service to our guest
  • Maintains a clean and safe Workspace in accordance with state and local specifications
  • Safe handling of food, including cooking to proper temperature, and plating
  • Positive communication with guests and teammates
  • Following Bd’s best practices and SOPs
  • Ensures that food is delivered in a timely manner
  • Adherence to all safety and sanitation procedures
  • Maintaining and cleaning of equipment
  • Cleaning and organizing of grill area including Floors, counter, and the grill itself
  • Teamwork is not just another word here at Bd’s, it is essential to our success
Qualifications
  • Must maintain a positive and professional demeanor
  • Must be organized and capable of multi-tasking
  • 1 year of restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to handle a hot work environment. Our grill is kept at 450 degrees!
  • Must be able to maintains a fast pace during peak times
  • Capable of standing and walking for upwards of 5-10 hours a day
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
