Shifts: All - Must be able to work some weekends.
Status: Full-Time & Part-Time
We are growing, and we want you to grow with us. We will provide you with all the training you need. Advancement opportunities available for those who want them! If you enjoy people and providing friendly, accurate service to customers, we invite you to apply with us.
HuHot Grill Cooks are outwardly friendly and engaging with every Guest who approaches the grill. They prepare all meals quickly, efficiently, and to standard. The grill is kept clean at all times, and the flow of meals on the grill is managed effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to grill and work around high heat, interact positively with every Guest, and exhibit genuine hospitality
  • Meals are served with presentation in mind and hand-delivered to each waiting Guest
  • The Guest line around the grill is managed, and the flow is good
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure Guest safety
  • All dietary restrictions for our Guests are executed well
  • The toppings counter is stocked and pointed out to Guests departing the grill
  • Grill, adjacent area, and countertops are kept clean throughout the shift
  • Speed ensures a fast-moving line and a positive Guest experience

Requirements:
  • Must have an upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude
  • Previous cook experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
  • Maintains a strong personal image

Physical Requirements Include:
  • Continuous use of hands and arms, standing for long periods of time, bending, reaching, and twisting.
