Job description

At Strive Recovery of Fort Wayne, we are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals seeking recovery. Our team values professionalism, respect, and support for both our patients and staff. As the Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our facility and play a vital role in daily operations by supporting staff scheduling, coverage, administrative functions, and leadership support. 

This position reports directly to the Administrator or designee.

Shift: 4:30pm-12am Monday through Friday

Job Responsibilities

·       Greet patients, staff, families, and visitors with professionalism and compassion.

·       Answer and manage incoming calls; direct calls or take accurate messages as needed.

·       Handle mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution to the correct recipients.

·       Track and schedule hourly staff shifts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date schedules.

·       Find and coordinate coverage for staff call-outs to ensure smooth facility operations.

·       Assist leadership with maintaining staff attendance records and shift compliance.

·       Perform general office and receptionist duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.

·       Support administrative staff with survey readiness and regulatory compliance best practices.

·       Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.

·       Provide other administrative support as assigned by leadership.

·       Serve as Executive Assistant to leadership by assisting with calendar management, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and supporting special projects as directed by the Administrator.

Qualifications

·       High School Diploma or equivalent required.

·       Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

·       Excellent communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.

·       Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.

·       Prior experience in healthcare, scheduling, or executive support is preferred but not required.
