VNA Care is seeking Home Health RNs for full time roles.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm. No weekends!
Territory: Framingham, Natick and surrounding towns.
VNA Care is seeking Home Health RNs for full time roles.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm. No weekends!
Territory: Framingham, Natick and surrounding towns.
Salary range: $86,000 - $129,00 for a full-time schedule, would need to adjust for a part time schedule.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid MA RN License in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of med/surg experience; acute care experience is beneficial
- Ability to work with compassion, organization, and excellent multitasking skills
- Willingness to travel within a designated territory
Responsibilities
- Conduct home visits to assess patient needs and provide necessary care
- Utilize Case Management, Oasis E documentation, Time Management, and EMR system, Home Care Home Base
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
