Evening Shift, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, rotating weekend on-call schedule

Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center, a 118 bed skilled nursing facility located in Natick, MA, is looking for a Nursing Supervisor (RN or LPN) to join our team. Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center has been deeply rooted in the MetroWest community for over 25 years with a reputation for providing high quality care. This facility is situated in a beautiful setting with modern updates to the property and state of the art short term rehab unit and therapy gym.

Summary

The primary purpose of the Nursing Supervisor (RN or LPN) position is to provide direct nursing care to your assigned residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility and may be required by the Director of Nursing or his/her designee to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required

  • Must possess at minimum, a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN or LPN program.
  • Must have a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • At least two years of RN or LPN work experience required.
  • Prior Supervisor experience preferred.
