What You'll Do
As Charge Nurse, you'll provide clinical leadership while coordinating patient care and supporting efficient, safe operations across the surgical continuum.
  • Coordinate daily clinical activities, including staffing and workflow coverage.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for nurses and support staff.
  • Supervise support personnel and reinforce established clinical protocols.

Qualifications
Required
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • BLS certification.
  • ACLS certification.
Preferred
  • Previous experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and/or pain management.
  • Experience with Athena EHR.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • CPAN certification.
