Job description

ALLOCATION ANALYST

Product Team | Dallas, TX | Full-Time

ABOUT LUCCHESE

Since 1883, Lucchese has defined Western luxury — handcrafting boots and leather goods that pair generations of artisan skill with modern style. Our products live in stores across the country, and behind every pair is a team dedicated to precision, quality, and getting the details right. We're looking for that same spirit in our next Allocation Analyst.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Retail Planner, the Allocation Analyst is the vital link between planning strategy and store-level execution — making sure the right product lands in the right store at the right time. You'll partner closely with retail teams, dig into inventory and sales data, and help drive the KPIs that keep our fleet in stock and selling well: in-stock rate, sell-through, turnover, and timely replenishment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Prepare inventory and sales data reports that guide smart, timely allocation decisions
  • Execute store replenishments and monitor stock levels across the fleet
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with retail store teams to align inventory with local demand
  • Partner with the Demand Planner on future production requirements
  • Help build model stock levels and reporting tools
  • Take on ad hoc projects that keep the business moving

WHAT YOU BRING

  • A sharp analytical mindset and genuine passion for uncovering insights in data
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, reporting); familiarity with NetSuite, Adobe, or AirTable is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities without missing a beat

THE DETAILS

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40–55 hours/week)

Travel: Up to 20%

Physical: Extended periods at a desk; ability to lift up to 30 lbs at times

If you're ready to help shape the future of an iconic Western brand, we'd love to hear from you.
