Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day Shift | No Mandated OT | Meaningful Work

$1,000 Retention Bonus*

Location: Dutchess County, NY - Local travel with mileage reimbursement
Schedule: Full-time, Days — Monday - Friday

Make a meaningful difference in people’s lives by building relationships, providing person-centered support, and following their ongoing medical care with the time and attention they deserve—rather than high patient turnover.


What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee day-to-day medical care with an RN

  • Advocate with families, doctor's offices, pharmacies and fellow team members.

  • Maintain electronic health records

  • Train and support direct care staff

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
