Business Operations & Systems Intern Flexible RemoteInternship | Full-Time Summer Opportunity with Part-Time Fall Potential Are you the type of person who color-codes spreadsheets for fun, loves organizing information, or gets weirdly satisfied checking tasks off a board? Were looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy intern to help support business operations across multiple fast-paced car wash locations. This role is ideal for a student interested in:

Youll help keep leadership dashboards, project boards, and operational tasks organized and moving by supporting our management team behind the scenes. This is a remote position with flexible scheduling. Were especially interested in students who can work closer to full-time hours during the summer to learn the business and then continue part-time during the school year.
What Youll Do

  • Update and maintain Monday.com boards and workflows
  • Transfer information from management dashboards into team action boards
  • Monitor task progress and follow up onoverdue items
  • Help organize operational projects and timelines
  • Support leadership with data cleanup and reporting updates
  • Keep systems accurate, organized, and current
  • Assist with process documentation and SOP organization
  • Help improve communication flow between leadership teams
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information in boards and systems

Schedule & Flexibility

  • Summer: Preferred 3040 hours/week toget fully trained and integrated
  • Fall Semester: Opportunity to continue in a flexible part-time role
  • Mostly remote with occasional in-person leadership meetings or site visits to locations in Lansing, MI
    • Must be able to commute to these locations when requested
