Nature of work:
Working under the general supervision of the Foreman employee ensure proper, safe, efficient and timely completion of landscape installation projects.
Essential job functions:
  • Loading, unloading, lifting and movement of materials
  • Excavation and manual digging of trenches
  • Use of small power tools
  • Site cleanup
  • Installation, preparation and gluing of pipes
  • Works and mixtures of cement and concrete
  • Use of small machinery

Requirements:
  • 18 years old
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as squatting, digging and kneeling
  • Ability to work in a dusty and noisy environment

Preferable:
  • Working knowledge of power tools, their care, proper use, and related safety requirements
  • Knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures commonly used in the field
