-BACHELOR DEGREE IN SOCIAL WORK, COUNSELING, PSYCHOLOGY OR RELATED FIELD OR BACHELORS DEGREE PLUS TWO YEARS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OR LPN DEGREE PLUS TWO YEARS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ASESSMENT EXPERIENCE OR TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE COMPLETING GROUP ACTIVITIES/THERAPY
-HEALTHCARE PROVIDER (CPR) CERTIFICATION WITHIN 6 MONTHS AND COMPREHENSIVE CRISIS MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF START DATE IN POSITION/DEPARTMENT; PRIVATE VEHICLE FOR TRANSPORTATION DURING ASSIGNED WORKING HOURS; CURRENT DRIVER'S LICENSE AND AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE REQUIRED
