Job description

Momentum at South Bay has an opportunity for a Community Liaison to join their team.
The Community Liaison's role will include working with the community, assisted living facilities, and other providers in the senior care industry. They will need to identify, develop, and maintain referral sources.
Our Community Liaison will also need to attend events in the community increasing community awareness of Momentum at South Bay's mission and values.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Build a network and pipeline of prospective referral sources and partnerships for Momentum at South Bay
  • Perform prospect visits to physician offices, assisted living facilities, and the community to educate and inform on Momentum's services
  • Attend community networking events to create additional relationships for Momentum at South Bay
  • Prepare presentations using Momentum's marketing materials
  • Represent Momentum at South Bay at community functions
  • Plan and assist with luncheons and activities within the facility
  • Talk with prospects and families about their needs and discuss options that Momentum at South Bay offers

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Sales and/or Marketing experience
  • Customer Service experience needed
  • Healthcare experience is preferred
  • Intuitive, good listener, strong communicator, solution-oriented, driven
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detailed-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Professionalism and discretion when working with families
  • Knowledge of the local community is a plus

Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: $22.00 - $24.00
Hours per week: 20-30 hours per week
Schedule: M-F, Weekends as needed
