Own the flow of goodsโ€”front door to loading dock

Flash Parking needs a permanent full-time Warehouse Logistics and Inventory Coordinator who thrives on accuracy, momentum, and teamwork. If you enjoy turning complex order queues into smooth, on-time shipments, this role is for you.

Quick facts
  • Worksite: Onsite, Dripping Springs, TX (warehouse)
  • Hours: Monโ€“Fri, 8:00 a.m.โ€“5:00 p.m.
  • Travel: 0%
Why it matters

Every accurate pick, every verified lot number, and every secure crate helps Flash Parking deliver on its mission: making travel simpler so customers can focus on the destinationโ€”not the logistics.

What youโ€™ll tackle
  • Receive, inspect, and store inbound goods; label and record locations; escalate shortages.
  • Locate and verify materials for production and sales orders; stage finished goods for shipment.
  • Keep work centers stocked by delivering and opening materials as needed.
  • Pick, pack, crate, load, and secure orders; record all units shipped.
  • Process returns/credits by confirming correct codes, lot numbers, and quantities.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks; complete pre-use inspections and minor operator repairs.
  • Maintain clean, safe inventory and loading areas; sort and catalog materials.
  • Follow safety rules and support additional tasks to elevate operations.
Bring these strengths
  • Comfort with WMS/TMS (RF Smart and Ship Hawk preferred) and Google Workspace.
  • Clear communication, strong organization, and collaborative mindset.
  • Problem-solver who adapts quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • Physically able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English for business.
  • Forklift certified (stand-up and sit-down) or able to obtain certification.
Background that fits
  • 1+ year in shipping/receiving, fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, or related.
  • Manufacturing or distribution experience is a big plus.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Pay and perks

Hourly rate: $20.00โ€“$27.00 (final offer based on skills and experience)

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and a flexible work environment
  • Growth and development opportunities
Your impact starts day one

From inbound receipts to outbound shipments, youโ€™ll be the organizing force that keeps production moving and customers happy.
