The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $185,000 per year.

A Project Manager

will work directly with the client’s key stakeholders and executives to ensure the successful delivery of project deliverables as well as to collaborate with other departments to provide hands-on subject matter expertise as a trusted advisor.

PM Responsibilities Include
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and technique
  • Status reporting and issue escalation as needed
  • Coordinate resources for flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
  • Ability to adapt and pivot to changing needs and shifting priorities of the clients
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with all applicable parties
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Track project performance against completion of short and long-term goals
Additional PM Duties And Responsibilities Include
  • Execute a hybrid of business consulting coupled with hands-on subject matter experience with the implementation of deliverables

Skills & Competencies Required
  • Immediate need is for Workday Financials experience - would consider Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) and users of Workday Financials without formal PM experience
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, Data Analytics and/or Organizational Design; advanced degree preferred but not required
  • Proven success with full life-cycle project management
  • Proficient use of project management tools for planning, scheduling, task management and work organization
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Processes, ability to analyze and end-to-end processes
  • Systems—User and/or Implementation experience with various tools and systems (e.g. Workday, Tableau, Oracle, Power BI, etc.)
  • Industry experience preferred (banking, healthcare, real estate, high tech, professional services)
  • Proven experience with one or more of the various business integration service offerings
  • Process improvement and change management
  • Business transformation experience
  • Software selection, design and implementation experience
  • Data Analytics experience
  • Merger and acquisition integration experience
  • Compliance/internal audit experience
  • IPO-readiness experience
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and prioritization skills
